Florida Leatherbacks Inc. (“we”, “us”) operates floridaleatherbacks.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Contact form. If you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We also automatically record the IP address and browser user-agent of the request, solely to help us filter spam. This information is stored in our database and sent to us via Resend, our email provider.
Site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to measure how people use our site. This service is cookie-less and does not use personal identifiers. We see aggregate page view counts, referrers, and country-level location — never individual visitor profiles.
Administrator accounts. If you are an authorized administrator of this site, you log in using Supabase Auth. Your email address and session tokens are stored by Supabase; we do not track your browsing within the admin area beyond what is necessary to keep you signed in.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- We do not share contact form messages with third parties except as needed to deliver email to us.
- We do not track you across other websites.
Third-party services we use
Your rights
You can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, or request deletion, by emailing info@floridaleatherbacks.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent change.
